General Health and Fitness Questions?

OK so i got three things i wanna improve. I wanna become more flexible, reduce my risk of injury (i play alot of sports although i don?t really get injured very often) and i wanna get rid of the cracking sound my joints always make. Cheers for all your answers

Stretching exercises are one of the best ways to get flexible and reduce risk of injury. I?m not sure how to get rid of the cracking sounds in your joints (sorry).

Yoga and pilates are also great ways to get more flexible and reduce risk of injury.
